Opening for one of the reputed FMCG SPices Extract company for the position of Associate QA
Job Purpose: Implementation of all applicable Food safety & Quality Management System Duties and responsibility: Implementation of Food safety & Quality Management System in the facility as per GFSI & ISO Standard Requirements. Implementing HACCP System. To report the food safety related deviation to QA Head immediately. Scheduling & executing the internal system audit of the facility along with QA Manager. Implementing food safety culture of the organization. To ensure change management system implementation. Effective implementation of pest control management system. To ensure GMP & GHP at shop floor To ensure the compliance of all quality & food safety related records at the facility. On the job & Classroom training on GMP & food safety practices. Responsible to ensure that the verification of CCP records & processes are happening as per the procedure. Coordination for monthly swab & cleaning validation reports To ensure that the CAPA & Nonconformities- Internal & External Implementation of document management system To coordinate for various second & third-party audits (external audits). Functional Knowledge Knowledge of QA system, Food Safety Management System, HACCP, FSSC 22000/BRC, Document Management System. Key Skill Sets HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, GMP, ISO 22000 etc. Basic Qualification: B Sc Chemistry/ M Sc Chemistry or B Tech Food Technology Additional Qualification: Lead Auditor in FSSC 22000/BRC etc. Years of Experience: 3-5 years' experience in food industry/ Relevant profile Location Preference: Byadgi 2, Karnataka Industry Preference: Oleoresins, Spices & Seasoning CTC - Upto 5LJob tags
