Hiring SAP Project Manager Experience Level : 10+ Years Required Technical and Professional Expertise: 15+ years of professional experience; Successful (and recent) track record of delivery of multiple SAP implementation projects performing in the role of Project or Program Manager. Project management experience in SAP ERP (ECC, S/4 HANA) Deep experience across multiple industries is required to be successful Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment, across multiple countries in a hybrid model. Strong stakeholder management skills Must be able to be able to plan and manage own workload (self-directing) with minimal oversight, escalating where necessary to address potential risks or resolve issues. Strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions is very highly valued. Industry certifications (PMI / Prince2 etc) highly valued. MBA is highly valued. Previous experience delivering SAP solutions as a Program/ Project Manager while working for a professional services consulting organization will be highly valued. Ambition, excellent leadership skills and a talent for building successful client relationships will be highly valued.
