Responsibilities The Resource Operations Manager is the conduit between NetFX Mumbai, Scanline India and NetFX LA. This position ensures the successful implementation and execution of global NetFX strategies in the region. This position will not be interfacing with Productions (PSC's or Primary Vendors).
What You Will Do - Collaborate with the Director, Resource Operations to execute global, regional, and local strategies, ensuring scalability and alignment with annual forecasts.
- Implement and conclude programs/initiatives in close partnership with the Director, Resource Operations
- Escalate both production and creative issues to the Director, Resource Operations for resolution
- Contribute to recruitment initiatives, recruitment planning, and layoff processes under the guidance of the Director, Resource Operations.
- Monitor and adjust financial targets monthly in collaboration with the Director, Resource Operations, deploying necessary changes or sales strategies to meet financial goals
- Stay aligned with updates/changes from the NetFX LA Product and Platform team through regular collaboration
- Nurture the relationship with Scanline India for mutual growth and success
- Effectively manage budget targets and cultivate relationships in the NetFX and Netflix's best interests.
- Handle vendor relationship management and foster growth in the APAC region.
- Conduct weekly meetings with dotted line reports to track Team Quota, efficiency, team management, and production status.
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement, proposing and implementing plans in collaboration with NetFX LA.
- Consistently audit processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Champion core NetFX brand values in all aspects of operations.
Experience - Global Project Experience: Successfully contributed to and managed global projects, showcasing adaptability and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Rollout and Strategy Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in strategically planning and executing rollouts of initiatives, ensuring effective implementation
- Budgeting and Forecasting Proficiency: Experience in budgeting and forecasting, displaying the ability to project financial needs accurately and optimize resource allocation
- Conflict Resolution and Relationship Building: Proven skills in conflict resolution and relationship building, navigating challenges to foster positive collaborations
- Collaboration with Regional and Global Teams: Track record of effectively working with both regional and global teams, emphasizing clear communication and alignment with diverse team dynamics
- Goal Development and Management Expertise: Proven proficiency in crafting and overseeing goals, coupled with the implementation of effective performance evaluation mechanisms
