1. Inventory Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmaceutical inventory, including raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
   • Implement and oversee a robust documentation system for tracking stock levels, expiration dates, and batch numbers.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to warehousing and distribution, such as Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other relevant standards.
   • Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory inspections, including accurate records of storage conditions and handling procedures.

3. Quality Assurance Documentation:

   • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all warehouse operations align with quality standards.
   • Document and report any deviations or discrepancies in the warehouse processes and work towards implementing corrective and preventive actions.

4. Shipping and Receiving Documentation:

   • Oversee the documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification of quantities, product codes, and other relevant details.
   • Implement procedures for the proper handling, storage, and documentation of returned or rejected products.

5. Record Keeping and Reporting:

   • Maintain organized and easily accessible documentation systems for quick retrieval of information.
