Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Dispatch (1 TL and 5 Specialists) and present Dispatch metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to Senior Leadership.
- Coordinate with resources/third party vendor to meet the SLAs.
- Device strategies for smooth Day to Day Operations of the Dispatch Centre
- Ensure Back end systems and processes are in place to ensure effective utilization of FG Service Resources
- Organize Dispatch resources between various functions
- Device KPIs and department metrics for Dispatch Team based on management expectations
- Ensure all orders are actioned on and CRM and Field Service systems updated accordingly.
- Ensure all outbound paperwork is accurate and recorded correctly.
- Provide dispatch based information for daily stand-up meetings
- Evaluate all problem and impact analysis and recommend solutions and workarounds
- Develop and maintain all training documentation for Staff and customer groups in execution of these tools.
- Take ownership of the Field Service Dispatcher Console
- Work with FSL IT resource and device optimization strategies around scheduling policies, resource routing, tech optimization etc.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education Qualification & Required Skills - Bachelor's Degree is must.
- 10-12+ years of relevant Dispatch/Logistics management experience
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking
- Good communication, persuasion and reasoning skills
- Systems and Logistics knowledge, particularly CRMs and Field Tech scheduling
- Self-starter who can work independently and part of a team with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn new skills and technology and apply those skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Field Service Lightning a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS office suite (Excel and Word)
