Job Summary: As the Senior Technology Business Partner aligned with our finance business processes, you will serve as a strategic liaison between the technology and KPMG UK’s business capabilities and Enterprise Wide Technology. You will be responsible for understanding the business's goals & processes around finance, identifying technology solutions, and facilitating collaboration to drive innovation and maximize business value through technology investments in products like S4 Hana.

Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder/ Business Relationship Management:

Establish relationships with senior business stakeholders like CTOs, Business process owners and Technology product owners. Facilitate effective communication between technology and business teams, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and changes. Champion the voice of customer through formal and informal mechanisms and liaise with Director of Service Assurance to develop ongoing Service improvement plans.

Strategic Alignment:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and align S4 Hana technology strategies and solutions to support and prioritise the finance business goals.

Business review and reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of technology initiatives. Report Enterprise IT performance to business capabilities through regular Service Reviews.

Ideation:

Responsible the capturing of the early business demands from EWT and triaging to meet the required outcomes such as business case for a new investment and small/medium scale change delivered by the BAU support.

Operational escalations management:

Be the single point of initial entry for the senior stakeholders within the business (CTOs, COOs, Partner and Director group) to own and manage end to end resolution of an operational escalation or query.

Solution Development:

Work closely with cross-functional teams like Architecture and Platform engineering & ops to conceptualize, design, and deliver technology solutions that address specific business needs.

Commercials:

Work closely with Technology Business Management and track the recharges to ensure they are aligned with the budget agreed with the business capabilities.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate technology-related risks that could impact business operations or strategic objectives and raise and remediate through existing risk management framework.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Technology Business Partner/ Customer success manager or in a similar strategic technology role, with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of both S4 Hana technology and finance business processes, with the ability to translate between the two. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships. Experience with budget management and financial analysis. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
