Advertisement Sales/TVC Manager
Experience Must have 3 years of experience in Ad Sales in Television Network(Disney Star, Sony, Zee, Colors etc)
Overview The role of Television Commercials Sales is crucial for driving revenue and ensuring successful advertising campaigns. This position involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their advertising needs, and creating tailored solutions to maximize the impact of their television commercials. The individual in this role will play a key part in driving the company's sales strategy and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential clients to understand their advertising requirements.
- Create and present compelling proposals to clients that showcase the benefits of television commercials.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective commercial concepts and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's advertising services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the advertising process.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in television advertising sales or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Understanding of television audience demographics and viewing habits.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on delivering results.
Note Candidate from TV industry is preferred.
