Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry to join our team at Zeekers Technology Solutions Private Limited. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in email management and correspondence
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Excel and data management

Roles and Responsibilities
- Input and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's database systems
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and re-entering any missing or incorrect information
- Perform regular data cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Generate reports and summaries of data as requested
- Assist in the implementation of data quality control procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and data management
