The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team on the ground floor of a new and exciting market. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our European sales strategy, identifying and qualifying key leads, and driving revenue growth in critical verticals like commercial real estate, data centers, and manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute impactful sales strategies tailored to the west India market, leveraging your deep understanding of ESG regulations and sustainability challenges.

Identify and qualify high-value leads within target verticals, focusing on organizations with significant carbon footprints.

Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating the value proposition of SmartSense™ in achieving operational excellence and sustainability goals.

Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft) to manage leads, track activities, and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales efforts.

Collaborate effectively with the Director of Business Development to develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies.

Contribute to building a winning sales culture based on teamwork, data-driven decision-making, and a shared passion for sustainability.

Your Qualifications:

3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the sustainability or SaaS sector.

Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills, with a deep understanding of the European built environment and its sustainability challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with decision-makers at all levels.

Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft) and data analysis.

Passion for sustainability and a belief in the transformative power of technology in addressing environmental challenges.
