This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing staff and organizing workflows to ensuring safety protocols are followed and meeting production targets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop production schedules, oversee production processes, and ensure that the factory meets its production targets within the set timeframes and quality standards.Creating long-term plans and initiatives to accomplish company goals efficientlyCoordinating with other teams to implement strategies and cross-training effortsAnalyzing budgets to minimize expenses without sacrificing profitsDeveloping and implementing strategies to keep employees motivated and dedicatedDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocolsIncrease the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacityEnsure that the factory complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, environmental laws, and health and safety standards.
