Job description

Looking for experienced and dynamic Government Sales Specialist acquiring new logo's.

Job Responsibilities- Acquire new clients in the government segment. To manage and generate business from PSU/government clients of northern region. Develop positive relationships with clients. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. · Cultivate relationships with customers, optimize their performance & identify additional business opportunities to expand revenues. · Work with internal teams in a collaborative manner to execute account specific sales strategies. Ensure timely payment collections from the assigned accounts.

Requirements and skills 7 -10 years of experience in serving government clients. MBA -Sales & Marketing / Postgraduate in similar stream Hands on experience in PSU/Government sales and an ability to do liaising with clients. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills
