Sugarfit is expanding rapidly across different cities of India and we are looking for experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.

What is Diabetes Reversal

Our solution is for diabetes reversal, which means we will sustainably get your blood sugar levels under normal range (HbA1c below 6.5%) and help you maintain that for the long term by getting rid of active medications eventually

Requirement

• Own end-to-end performance marketing, from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement against Key Result expectations.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Build creatives that enhance performance metrics and execute multiple experiments as planned.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, Plan, execute, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to optimize both marketing campaigns and overall product user experience.
• Develop and manage long-term marketing budget projections, ensuring effective resource allocation for strategic growth.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta marketing and Google, and Twitter.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Appsflyer. Ability to extract meaningful insights from data to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimizations.
• Proven experience in designing and executing A/B experiments to test and refine marketing strategies.

Good to Haves:

• Proficient in driving landing page optimization initiatives as an integral part of the user funnel conversion process.
• Additional experience of running app campaigns would be a plus.
