We are also in the Service business for Telecom companies throughout India. We provide Turnkey Solutions for the Telecom industry. Providing services like - Execution of OFC Based Backbone and Backhaul Networks. Operation and maintenance (O & M) of OFC-based long-distance networks. Planning, engineering, and execution of OSP projects. Infrastructure development and civil services related to telecom Network Projects. We have rich experience-based expertise in end-to-end solutions provided in all mentioned verticals.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Goregaon. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support (Technical), troubleshooting, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels along with Customer site visits for installation & Repairs. Daily tasks would include resolving technical issues via telephone, email, or site visit (field support) providing solutions for customer inquiries, and escalating unresolved issues as necessary.

Qualifications Strong technical support skills with experience in troubleshooting, and analytical skills Excellent customer support skills with experience in customer satisfaction Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, or any related fields. Industry-related certifications are beneficial
