Job description
An ideal candidate should be ready for the EA+PA work of the CEO along with handling admin dept of the office
- Calendar management for C suite
- Assisting CEO into his day-to-day activates
- Managing all work assigned by the CEO, personal and professional.
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Taking charge of tasks with loyalty toward the organization and full responsibility for the completion of the assigned task
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned to you.
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
- Arranging posts and deliveries, taking follow-ups etc .
- Maintenance of office infrastructure and sanitization
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR and assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/ accommodations/ appointments etc.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Tracking and mongering the budgeting of administration dept.
- Track stocks of office and warehouse supplies and place orders when necessary and liaise with contractors
- Make required arrangements for any official Events and coordinate regarding the same.
- Administer in day-to-day office activities.
- Verify and coordinate with accounts dept regs claims and bills given by another dept.
