As a Product Designer you'll be focusing on creating sophisticated and intuitive interfaces that cater the needs of our partners and customers. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding complex user workflows, and crafting design solutions that streamline processes, drive efficiency, and elevate user experiences within professional settings. Your designs will not only prioritize usability but also align closely with the specific needs and goals of businesses.

What You'll Do - Creative UI/UX: Design web and mobile app user interfaces for enterprise-level solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our customers and partners, considering intricate workflows, scalability, and customizations.
- Visual Consistency & Branding: Maintain visual consistency while incorporating branding elements, ensuring a cohesive and professional look and feel across the product.
- Prototyping: Create prototypes, ensuring usability and functionality across various business scenarios.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to industry accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols crucial for our products.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competition and what's there in the market, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive design solutions that address our complex business needs.
- Documentation & Presentation: Create comprehensive design documentation and effectively communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders.
Experience You'll Bring - Bachelor's/Master's degree or college certificate in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with up to 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in product design, showcasing projects focused on enterprise-level solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., and familiarity with enterprise design software and tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and complex user interactions.
- Experience creating intricate user journeys that involve many moving parts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Detailed knowledge of usability best practices.
- Experience in design from concept to completion for smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
- Solid design portfolio
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational, logical, and analytical skills
- Creative, open-minded and comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continually learn and share knowledge
