Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including recruitment, negotiations, onboarding activities, employee engagement initiatives, people management, and a basic understanding of payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Post job openings on various platforms and social media channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and job openings.
2. Negotiations:
- Participate in salary and benefits negotiations with potential candidates.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to address queries and concerns during the negotiation process.
3. Onboarding Activities:
- Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new hires.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
- Facilitate orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture.
4. Employee Engagement Activities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
5. People Management:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
6. Payroll:
- Gain a basic understanding of payroll processes and assist in payroll-related activities.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience as HR Executive.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
