The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to a Senior Leader. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to global senior management and exec teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.
Role and Responsibility
Candidate should be able to demonstrate expertise in Office management skills and should be able to handle tactfully.
Candidate should be able to manage all travel managements for Senior Leader as well as for executive team members travelling either to India or out from India
Candidate should be able to do event management for the team
To provide direct administrative support
As a member of the support services cross-functional team, provide support and oversight of the office administration functions including telephone, purchasing, equipment maintenance and other duties as may be required for successful organizational results
Demonstrated Experience
Candidate should have experience in this role for at least 5 years
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners.
Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and efficient organizer
Good Program Management skills
Hands on experience in advanced MS excel & MS power point
Ability to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to provide high level, priority management and calendar management support to executive management
Understanding of working with senior management, senior volunteers (Boards and/or Committees)
