Your mission will be to provide each customer with an experience tailored to their individual personality and preferences, much like the renowned Four Seasons experience.

Key Responsibilities: Offer personalized, high-end customer service in diverse settings including luxury retail, online platforms, and hospitality. Understand and anticipate individual customer needs, providing tailored recommendations and experiences. Foster a deep connection with each customer, enhancing their engagement with the brand. Utilize Hushh's technology to access and ethically use customer data for personalized service. Drive sales and customer loyalty by creating memorable, bespoke experiences. Maintain a strong understanding of luxury trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications: Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. Exceptional understanding of high-end customer service and personalization techniques. Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to and engage a diverse clientele. Passionate about creating bespoke customer experiences. Familiarity with digital platforms and CRM tools.
