Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing academic advising, career counseling, and student counseling services to students. The counselor will also be responsible for communicating with students on a regular basis to assess their academic progress and assist in developing educational plans.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in student counseling and academic advising
- Familiarity with the education system and best practices in student support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and faculty members
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Certification in counseling or related field is a plus
