Job description
The Business Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing automation and ensuring the integrity of the Marketing Tech Stack across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in digital marketing and proficiency in marketing automation tools.

- Develop, implement, manage, sustain marketing technology solutions supporting initiatives across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to execute the Marketing roadmap, working with delivery partners and vendors to enhance capabilities with leading practices.
- Function as a subject matter expert, documenting workflow processes, building awareness, and educating on platform capabilities and best practices.
- Manage and maintain the marketing/sales tech stack, including user access, permissions, and configurations
- Assist in technology selections and integrations, documenting business requirements, participating in QA (Quality Assurance) cycles, and other related responsibilities.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technology tools, software, and platforms that support both marketing and sales functions as requested
- Collaborate with team members cross-functions to share process optimizations and updates to existing technology.
- Document and identify areas of weakness and opportunities for improvement while working with sales and marketing leaders
- Maintain documentation for processes, best practices, and guidelines related to technology tools
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing Operations team to develop training plans and facilitate training on innovative marketing technologies and processes.
- Experience in data analysis, presentations, and consultative reporting
- AI knowledge and capabilities that can optimize marketing automation, predictive analytics and analyze customer data for sales and marketing purposes
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing and/or marketing technology role
- 2-4 years of experience managing marketing or sales technology platforms, integrations, migrations, projects, documentation, training, and roll out.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing software and Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage) required - Certification Preferred
- Experience with 6Sense ABM Platform, Biziaible, Chat Bot platforms such as Drift and Qualified platform, LeanData - highly preferred .
- Excellent critical thinking skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Effective communication and ability to present to executive leadership team. Comfortable with technical conversations and presenting information to non-technical users.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative environment.
- Deep curiosity to understand complex business systems and technologies within the Marketing Technology context.
- Knowledge of the Marketing application landscape and experience in managing the integration of marketing application solutions across an organization s Marketing landscape
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
