Birlasoft is a leading IT organization committed to delivering innovative business solutions through the integration of technology. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Director of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Practice.
Key Responsibilities : · Practice Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the Practice Lead role, including business growth, presales, solutioning, consulting, alliance management, and capability development.
· Business Growth: Drive business growth through effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, plans and execute by collaborating with sales, presales, delivery teams across verticals and geos globally. Ensure continuous revenue growth from services and licenses of Microsoft D365 ERP solutions.
· Financial Management: Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Microsoft D365 F&O practice, with a proven ability to manage budgets and financial targets. Past experience of managing revenue of minimum USD 5 mn with track record of consistent Y-o-Y and Q-o-Q growth.
· Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Demonstrate strong people management skills, with a past successful track record of managing teams exceeding 100 members and experience to scale and nurture to be high performing team. Ensure regular connects and oversight to D365 ERP team spread out across locations in India and outside in US, EU, APAC.
· Industry Expertise: Leverage 15-20 years of experience, with a focus on the past decade in Microsoft solution areas. Showcase expertise in implementing D365 ERP across industry verticals, including Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, and Life Sciences and Services.
· Knowledgebase: Provide strategic direction, thought leadership in the key ongoing programs on Microsoft D365 F&O adoption. Demonstrate in-depth functional knowledge in Supply Chain and Finance, providing valuable insights, advisory to clients stakeholder and internal teams.
· Travel: Base location either Pune/ Noida/ Bangalore with readiness for short duration travel in India and outside as business demands, 25-30% travel is expected in this role.
Qualifications : · Bachelor's/ Master's degree
· Overall 15-20 years of progressive experience in IT industry of which past 10 years should be in Microsoft D365 ERP ecosystem in varied roles.
· Minimum of past 5 years in a Practice Lead role with responsibilities of business growth, presales, solutioning, consulting, alliance management, and capability development in Microsoft D365 practice.
· Proven track record of delivering successful D365 ERP solutions across various industry verticals and geos globally.
· Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams exceeding 100 members.
· Demonstrated financial acumen with P&L responsibility of minimum USD 5 million from Microsoft D365 ERP.
