Position name: Bench sales recruiter
Experience: 1-8Years
Location: Hyderabad(madhapur)
Notice period: 0-15 days

Role & responsibilities:

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing IT professionals who are currently available for new projects with client companies.
Coordinate with candidates from initial contact through entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow up.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants on the bench and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to fill client requirements.
Your goal is to maximize the billable utilization of IT consultants on the bench.
Identify and establish relationships with IT professionals who are on the bench.
Maintain regular communication to understand their skills, career goals, and availability
Analyze job descriptions and technical skills needed for the positions
Present qualified candidates to clients by preparing and submitting their resumes
Market candidates effectively to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
Negotiate compensation and other terms with both candidates and clients to ensure a successful placement
Actively involve in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors.
Responsibilities also include calling prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.
Maintain a strong bench of qualified candidates and track their availability for upcoming projects
Keep accurate records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and placement details using recruitment software or databases
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and employment regulations

Qualifications:

Experience as US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and sales skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client and candidate needs
Networking and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of various visa types and work authorization requirements (for international candidates)
