Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office 365 Support Engineer with expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange On Premises (2013/2016), MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Intune. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, possess multi-skills, and be willing to work in a 24x7 support model under stringent SLAs.
Years of Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience supporting O365 & Exchange infrastructure.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience supporting MS Teams, MS OneDrive, and Intune.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in troubleshooting various versions of Exchange Online, Exchange 2013/2016.
- Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams and OneDrive.
- Excellent skills in supporting SharePoint Online.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and administering MS Intune for mobile devices (Android/Mac/iOS).
- Strong skills in service outage management and end-user support.
- Sound knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Understanding of Networking and Windows OS concepts, along with PowerShell scripting proficiency.
