Installation & Commissioning Engineer 2-4 years Location Chakan Pune
Educational Qualification: B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic / Mech.
Industry: Heavy / Food machinery manufacturing
Salary : up to 7lpa
Develop automated machine control systems using PLC / HMI/Scada solutions,
• Understanding the process requirement from the Project
• Ensure the proper execution commissioning and trails ·
• New development related to IOT, process Automation,
• Need To travel to site location for installation and commissioning.
• Size and select components such as: power supplies, sensors, switches, motors, and other control devices for industrial equipment.
• Create unique customer focused solutions and programs.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and all internal staff to solve automation challenges.
• Simulate, test, and debug machine control systems in-house.
• Facilitate start up systems in-house.
• Able to understand layout, PNID, electrical diagrams and schematics using AutoCAD / ACAD Electrical
• Create technical documents for internal and external use such as user manuals.
• Planning the project site activity with schedule
• Effective coordination with customer during the project schedule
• Troubleshooting the customer complaints by finding the root cause of the problem.
• Communication with the internal team for improvement and feedback points on the project handled.
