We are in search of a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will take charge of devising, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. This position will be instrumental in bolstering brand recognition, fostering customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
  • Define precise campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Craft and oversee advertising campaigns on Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook, covering ad creative, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, encompassing search, display, and video ads.
  • Continuously fine-tune campaigns for peak performance and ROI.
  • Audience Targeting:
  • Identify and pinpoint specific audience segments on Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook using audience insights and data analysis.
  • Leverage keyword research and audience targeting in Google Ads to maximize reach.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver regular reports.
  • Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and refine campaign strategies.
  • Budget Management:
  • Effectively manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal fund allocation.
  • Provide cost estimates and projections for campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Linkedin, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of the US market and audience preferences is a plus.
