Job description
Key qualifications and responsibilities for the Curriculum Head role include:
Early childhood education and Preschool Curriculum
5-6years of experience into Center Head
- Proven track record of designing and implementing Integrated preschool curriculum, with a strong understanding of child development principles.
- Ability to lead curriculum development initiatives, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Experience in integrating diverse teaching methodologies, learning technologies, and instructional materials into the curriculum.
- Skilled in conducting assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and identify areas for improvement.
- Capability to provide guidance and support to educators in implementing the curriculum effectively.
- Commitment to staying updated on emerging trends and research in early childhood education.
Responsible for the overall development, performance and maintenance of the center's activities to
obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Business development
- Promoting the school in the best possible way by providing customer service excellence to parents
and visitors.
- Co-ordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents and visitors, promoting the Kido USPs and
presenting the school in the best possible way, to ensure the school achieves or exceeds the enrolment
targets.
- Lead the parent journey, mapping and measuring customer service, at all points support Kido brand
promise and encourage parent endorsement, Marketing.
- Develop and update communication channels, such as newsletters and social media (e.g., Facebook
and Instagram) in accordance with the Kido Marketing Strategy to promote the school to both existing and
potentially new parents.
- Promote the school by identifying newsworthy stories for the media and PR opportunities.
- Guide and regularly review signages, collaterals, touch points etc., and ensure that the school meets
Kido branding guidelines as defined and stipulated by Corporate Office.
- Conduct research into the marketplace, monitoring changes and developments.
- Organize parent/community events in order to engage parents at promoting school brand awareness
and enhance enrolments.
- In conjunction with the Operations head and the Corporate Team, assist with the development and
implementation of the school marketing strategy as a key driver of enrolments and ensuring all marketing
material, including digital communication is always current.
In collaboration with the Operations head, develop an events calendar to support the enrolment
activities for the academic year.
- Activate Corporate tie ups as community creche.
Logistics - Track and manage Logistics (current stock maintenance and timely procurement towards exhausted
material)
- Oversee bus services provided to the children either by KIDO or any other third party vendor.
Staff Management - Help in Recruitment for all, Annual performance goals, appraisals, counseling them by offering
corrective advise and action if performance dips
- Retention activities
- In-service training, workshops to improve staff performance
- Assist in class if necessary and/or arrange for relief staff in the absence of a teacher
- Attendance and leave management
- Regular meets with Teachers and Other School Staff to manage, review progress and effectiveness of
the various programs offered
- Manage parent grievances and concerns promptly in conjunction with the Teachers
Health And Safety - Follow all the health and safety protocols
- Undertake Fire Evacuation Drills and other Health and Safety Exercises regularly and maintain records
- Maintain First Aid Box & provide/guide regular First Air Training
- Other Responsibility Areas: Undertake other responsibilities as deemed appropriate & directed by
management.

- External: Existing Parents, Leads, Vendors
Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of the Education System
- Understanding End to end process of inquiry generation to admission closure

Education / Experience
