Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronic Service Engineer at MicroGO® located in Ahmedabad. As the Electronic Service Engineer, you will be tasked with carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance as well as developing, installing, and testing electronic systems and equipment. You will work closely with the MicroGO® team of engineers and scientists in performing troubleshooting, ensuring accurate records for customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- A Diploma / ITI in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in electronic maintenance and service
- Knowledge of electronic systems and components (e.g. PCBs, microcontrollers, sensors, etc.)
- Adept in using electronic testing equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, multi-meters, analyzers, etc.)
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Experience with mechanical systems would be a plus
