Roles and Responsibility:
● Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
● Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as motivating staff to achieve sales targets.
● Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
● Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
● Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
● Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
● Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
● Performing all duties of the Sales Manager.
● Client Meetings & Sales closure.
● To nurture inbound leads to potential prospects.
● Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
● Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
● Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
● Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
● Training personnel and helping team members & peers to develop their skills.
● Competition Mapping.
● Can Relocate when company needed that.
● Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients
● Excellent communication skills
● Pleasing personality
● High on energy and confidence level
● Go-getter attitude
