In this role, you will provide your expertise in supporting BeyondID customers in cybersecurity and identity access management. Duties And Responsibilities Deliver proactive work on delivery plan Respond to Reactive tickets with a sense of urgency Deliver quality with every engagement Work as a team to deliver 5-star engagements Requirements 2-4 years of experience in a SaaS customer support role Okta Admin Cert (Within 90 Days) Okta Professional Certification is preferred Empathetic problem solver Highly motivated with an extreme bias for execution Confident communicator.
