Role Description Toshi Automation Solutions is seeking a full-time Talent Hunter to join our team in New Delhi. This is a hybrid role, which would be located in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The Talent Hunter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to fill open positions. They will also be responsible for managing and monitoring the recruitment process, maintaining detailed candidate records, and developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse talent. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in recruitment and sourcing candidates Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws Proficient in using HR software for tracking candidates and creating reports A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field It would be beneficial for the candidate to also have experience in the following: Experience in the automation industry or related industries Knowledge of social media platforms and recruiting tools Familiarity with data analysis and reporting If you have a passion for recruitment and are interested in working for a dynamic and growing company, please apply.Job tags
