Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Coordinator. The Help Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support and help desk support to internal employees, troubleshooting issues with hardware and software, and effectively communicating solutions to end-users. The Help Desk Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing issues, identifying trends, and creating documentation to improve processes and procedures.

Qualifications- Any Graduate (B.Sc/BCA/B.Tech/Diploma)

Interns/Freshers/ maximum 1-2 year experienced can apply
