Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for managing and mentoring the technical team, designing technical solutions, and leading the development and implementation of complex technical projects. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements, design solutions, and manage timelines and expectations. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in managing and deploying on Azure and AWS Cloud Expertise in software engineering and project management methodologies Experience with RPA tools and technologies - UiPath is preferable Hands-on experience in programming languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.) and databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps practices is a plusJob tags
