Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hubli for an Executive. The Executive will oversee the daily operations of the business, manage a team of employees, and ensure the business is meeting its financial and operational goals. The Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies and plans, managing budgets, and ensuring the business complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive or similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies and plans
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the tyre retail industry is a plus
