Position Title : Drual Lead
1) Core responsibilities :
✔ Responsible for designing and building/maintaining high-end web applications in Drupal. ✔ Responsible for guiding technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences. ✔ Accountable to identify, analyze, and solve problems systematically. ✔ Responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to team and colleagues. ✔ Responsible for PHP and SQL administration and code optimization. ✔ Responsible for Unix/Linux or Windows server administration. ✔ Developing and reviewing Drupal features and functionality. ✔ Understanding and participating in the Drupal community.2) Skills and Qualifications :
✔ Engineering graduates / Bsc IT / MCA.
✔ Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming. ✔ 8+ years of experience in Drupal. ✔ Minimum 4+ years of experience in Drupal 8+. ✔ Experience in working with PHP, AJAX, MySQL, JavaScript, and jQuery. ✔ Knowledge of WEB 2.0 and Web services would be preferred. ✔ Experience with Third party integration like API, payment gateway, etc. ✔ Must have knowledge of Drupal migration. ✔ Strong English communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills. ✔ Experience with software development tools like Jira and GIT. ✔ Able to perform peer review on team members' code. ✔ Should have Lead teams of at least 4-6 team members. ✔ Ability to work with a geographically distributed team. ✔ Experience with Drupal development technologies such as Drush, Symfony, Configuration Management, and Composer. ✔ Expertise with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins. ✔ Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.3) Nice to Have :
✔ knowledge of Multilingual and multi-site development. ✔ Knowledge of Apache Solr. ✔ Actively contributing to Drupal or other open-source projects. ✔ Drupal Certification.
