Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare, develop, optimize, characterize, test and qualify the energetic materials for the space application. Strong knowledge in Inorganic chemistry, Synthetic chemistry & Energetic Materials. Hands on Experience in Analytical and Characterization instruments. Analyse organic or inorganic compounds to determine chemical, physical & thermal properties, composition, structure, relationships, or reactions, using chromatography, spectroscopy, spectrophotometry techniques and thermal analyzers. Knowledge on Inorganic materials and its behaviour with ability to prepare and develop chemical products. Apply basic chemical knowledge and principles in preparation process development of energetic materials and its constituents Apply basic knowledge on the material science and metallurgy in preparation and optimization of the chemical compounds. Independently design and perform experiments, organize data, analyze results from various analytical instruments. Prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests. Evaluate laboratory safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards or to make improvements as needed. Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner by developing alternative solutions. Conduct laboratory investigations and prepare investigation reports. Prepare documents and SOP for newly developed chemicals. Perform other functions as required or assigned. Complies with all company policies and standards.

Qualification: BSc/M.Sc., Inorganic Chemistry, Organic chemistry, or a related discipline is required. Experience in handling all toxic chemicals, organic & inorganic materials. Hands-on experience in setting up of reaction set up, carry out reaction, prepare or produce chemicals, and analyse the results. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Writing must be clear and unambiguous. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
