Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager-Accounts & Finance(E-Commerce) located in Noida. The Manager-Accounts & Finance(E-Commerce) will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting and finance department for the company's e-commerce division. The Manager-Accounts & Finance(E-Commerce) will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintain proper internal controls, and provide financial guidance and support for business decision making.

- Managing e-commerce accounting, including reconciling transactions and booking invoices for commission, shipping, and marketing expenses.

- Handling marketplace reconciliation, including reconciling transactions and checking all the expenses like commission, shipping, and marketing expenses on marketplaces like Myntra and Amazon etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience working in an e-commerce environment preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve goals and meet deadlines
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
