The Field Excellence & Enablement Team is a high-performing team chartered with driving the business forward. This involves managing and owning global enablement programs at a local level. The team works on the most pressing issues for the business and has hands-on involvement in making the fast-paced business unit a success.
The Field Enablement and Excellence Team shapes and delivers world class live and virtual experiences globally from on-demand content to classroom and community based learning dedicated to enabling every seller, around the world to do the greatest work of their lives. We do this for skills, do my job, product and industry from onboarding onwards. Our team is responsible to maximize the impact of global initiatives and curriculum by embedding it in the field, leveraging SMEs, peer to peer learning and strong regional partnerships. This dynamic, action-oriented team is looking for an organized, hands-on Enablement Practitioner (EP) with a passion for training, coaching, and delivering engaging Tableau & Slack enablement sessions and skill training (virtually or in-person). These programs include, not limited to Quick Start, Product Enablement Series, Industry/Skills Workshops, and other programs like process management enablement programs. This individual will work closely with the Salesforce Global Enablement training teams to ensure that Tableau & Slack sellers have the best onboarding and skill training experiences and learn how to sell Tableau/Slack and adopt the Salesforce Customer360 to be productive in their roles quickly. Their passion for enablement and sales combined with a growth mindset allows them to drive the success of our sellers in the region. Main ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Enablement Business Partners to understand needs of the business and serve as an expert on Salesforce Skills catalog of content.
Adapt existing global training content to address regional nuances, including tool intricacies, and market dynamics.
Orchestrate and lead workshops that leverage global frameworks and subject matter expert communities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales teams.
Leverage all global learning content and supporting materials/medias (simulations, role plays, etc.) required to deliver engaging and impactful training programs (estimate 40%).
Be a power-user in all internally-used products and tools ( Tableau & Slack ) & keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, industry trends, and business requirements such that curriculum adjustments and delivery mechanisms are timely and of high value.
Take ownership of the operations of in-region training programs, including registration, learner tracking, and communication through Slack channels.
Source and Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform quarterly enablement planning processes and drive continuous improvement in training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tableau & Slack Global Onboarding Team, Sales Programs, and Sales Leadership, to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.
Partner with the Global Enablement Content team and cross-functional experts to locate, enhance content that addresses the specific training needs of the India Sales teams.
Achieve high quality standards and customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs and measure training impact against associated enablement KPIs (ie participation, close rate, ACV impact).
Target Skills/Experience
Strong interest in facilitating and delivering in-person enablement sessions and/or 7-10 years of experience in a related role.
Product Knowledge of Tableau & Slack , Sales process with keen understanding of product messaging and positioning in addition to overall industry knowledge
Become an enablement catalog expert with ability to identify and propose solutions to regional teams and achieve desired outcomes
Ability to quickly build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-functional colleagues
Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourceful
Utilize internal tools to track, report and analyze performance of programs
Change oriented. Works effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs and supporting tools simultaneously
A passion for learning, with e nergy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with a flair for storytelling and design thinking
Good knowledge of software sales cycles, pre-sales, sales process, and coaching is preferred (Prior Sales Experience is a plus)
Bachelor's Degree required Masters Degree a plus
Ability to be in the office 4 days per week and lead in-person training sessions in hub
