Position: HSE Manager
Job location: Mumbai
Education - Qualification: BE / BTECH (Mechanical / Electrical with Industrial Safety Diploma / Masters in industrial safety from a recognized institution) / (B.E / BTECH Safety Engineering) or any other equivalent. Experience in the Interior Fitouts' companies' essential.
Experience – Minimum 10-12/15 years
Job description
Key Deliverables in this role
• Support the Health and Safety head in defining and deploying Health and Safety Programs
• To execute and implement all Health and Safety Measures across Offices, Factories, and Warehouse
Customer Service
• Develop a H&S Culture across all the sites and offices in the organisation.
• Partner with location SPOC's and leaders to develop and implement strategies, policies, and services to improve health and safety standards within the organization.
• Conducting health & safety trainings for different types of activities for all category of employees/Workers.
Internal Processes
• Ensure compliance to existing H&S Policies and develop programs to develops best in class H&S standards
• Safety audit, inspection, safety committee meeting and prepare reports on incidents and provide statistical information to senior management on a continuous basis.
• Provide statistical information for process improvements.
• Own and deliver all projects related to H&S in the organisation.
Innovation and Learning
Tracking and monitoring of H&S related corrective actions identified from risk assessments
What are the Critical success factors for the Role
• Qualification: BE / BTECH (Mechanical / Electrical with Industrial Safety Diploma / Masters in industrial safety from a recognized institution ) / ( B.E / BTECH Safety Engineering ) or any other equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Interior Fitouts' company
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role
• ISO 14001 & 45001 Lead / Internal Audit Certification
• Proven track record of managing H&S measures and programs.
• Knowledge of H&S systems, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in conducting safety audits, reports, and investigation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solutioning mindset.
• Analytical & People negotiation skills & Good awareness in Statutory requirements
