Job Requirement

• Co-ordinate with work-in-charges for work update.
• Problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor the progress of work and update.
• Preparation of daily-weekly report as per the wok done.
• Perform initial testing and optimization procedures of machines to ensure correct and efficient operation .
• Maintain a spares list of equipment and availability of materials.
• Planning of inventory in adverse condition.
• Monitoring of maintenance of machines, material handling equipment.
• Manpower and planning of maintenance work whenever required.
• Co-ordinate with technicians and supervisors for repairing, testing, and updating mechanical equipment or machines as per requirement.
• Complete Documentation and reporting related to work allotted.
• Physical, visual, and dimensional inspections of machinery and equipment on various QC parameters with relevant Document.
• QC Related Documentation-Mandatory.
• Preparing schedule at sales stage & project execution stage if required.
• Updating detailing project schedule to clients.
• Attending progress review meetings with clients whenever required.
• Coordination between different department or at different work sites.
• Work progress reporting to client and management.
• Cost control-Wherever necessary for smooth running of operation.
• Schedule control over adverse situations during job management or execution.
• Vendor & Business development if required.
