Your Role:
- Oversee and manage client accounts with a focus on building enduring relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among executives.
- Lead negotiations with clients, finalizing terms including service level agreements and pricing, showcasing strategic expertise.
- Communicate effectively with executives, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Provide guidance and support in preparing contracts for clients, ensuring legal compliance and accurate representation of engagement terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address contingent workforce needs and issues.
- Evaluate and improve our current contingent workforce management processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the management of our organization's contingent workforce, including temporary employees, independent contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to contingent workforce management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure access to a high-quality contingent workforce.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to contingent workforce management.
- Familiarity with HR technology and systems used to manage contingent workforces, such as VMS (Vendor Management Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in the Gulf region or Middle East.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations to the stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in contingent workforce management, including experience with temporary staffing, independent contractor management, and/or consulting.
- Must be fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Experience in managing client accounts and communicating with executives.
- Excellent skills in managing clients' expectations and building client relations.
- Must have experience managing delivery of projects or project management.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies for contingent workforce management.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition for consultants is a preferred plus.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to contingent workforce management.
- Familiarity with HR technology and systems used in contingent workforce management (VMS, ATS, HRIS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills.
- Preferably experience working in the Gulf region or Middle East.
- Experience in delivering staffing projects, including sourcing and selecting candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
- Experience in employee experience and talent acquisition and management.
