Job description
Overarching Responsibility:
Financial consultant for the Regional President to achieve the performance targets (focus on sales,OM2, sales margin, dedicated costs like C-budgetetc)
Operational realization of controlling processes within the region
Taking measures based on scenario calculations, target group-oriented communication andvisualization of all controlling relevant topics
Roleresponsibility:
Alignment of Sales, PCR, Sales Margin and dedicated budgets with Reginal Presidents, Bus andrespective CSOs within the strategic planning, Target Business Plan by Monthly Business Analysis,evaluate effectiveness of measures (incl. tracking), Identify risks and opportunities, facilitate gapclosure
Management and coordination of the interface to the BUs and PT regarding target deployment andperformance reviews - input and feedback from region side, planning of Steering P&L and relevantKPI, develop scenarios, facilitate and evaluate underlying measures incl. hardness grades, analysis ofdeviations vs. target / actual KPI
Personal Capacity and regional budget (incl. C-Budget) planning, forecasting & tracking for the region
Identify performance improvement measures, across all cost & business levers, and support theirimplementation within the region
Review of any Business Cases / models in the region (e.g.new GTM approaches which requireinvestment, new CSOs ,, TCO . MOB calculations etc.)
Consulting/training of management and other stakeholders (e.g.explaining commercial context,preparing decisions)
Accompany and contribute to strategic planning
AR / OD planning, forecasting & tracking for the respective region in alignment with BOP
Networking with relevant parties (e.g.Central FC, Sales, BOP, MKT, LOG, PUR, Plants)
Good know how of finance & controlling with rich experience in different controlling units of 10years
Pronounced understanding of business models and cross functional processes,identification ofopportunities and risks as well as options for actions
Profound understanding of implementation and execution of strategies and concepts
Good know-how of traditional and digital requirements for futureUser touchpoints
Proactive, future-oriented thinkingand entrepreneurial attitude
Competent and proactive analysis and consulting, fact-based decision making
Leadership experience
Consulting skills and target group-oriented communication
Excellent skills in stakeholder management (through all hierarchical levels) to align all requireddepartments on deliverables of the marketing concept
Be able to understand customer's needs and explain figures in common business language
Strong teamwork and spirit
Quick comprehension and ability to think interconnected, ability to keep overview also instressful situations and with complex topics
