Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our spices and associated products, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role in FMCG
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities - Promote and sell Satvam Nutrifoods Limited's spices and associated products to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to reach and engage potential customers
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase our products
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify trends and understand customer needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product launches
