Responsibilities - Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Manage and analyze large volumes of data to extract meaningful insights using tools like Microsoft Power BI.
- Build interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and presentations to convey data-driven recommendations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored data analysis solutions.
- MIS Reporting:

- Monitor data outliers, anomalies, and inconsistencies, and take necessary steps to rectify them.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors hindering productivity and suggest actionable strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data insights to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
- Data Modeling and Forecasting:
- Develop predictive and statistical models based on historical data to forecast future trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify forecast requirements and ensure accurate data inputs are incorporated.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the accuracy of forecasting models, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field. (Additional certifications in data analytics or business intelligence are a plus)
- Proven experience (X years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with data modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
