IT Support Engineer Responsibilities
Install and configure Hardware, software, networking and computer systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware and basic networking issues Clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems mails /outlook/Printer Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization. Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues. Support the implementation of new solutions or applications. Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation. Trouble Shooting experience on Mail Client Outlook is MANDATORY Working knowledge of PC and operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications Install and maintain hardware, software, and other equipment to meet client requirements, routinely observe operational performance, and install security patches and updates when necessary. Troubleshooting issues related to standard office softwares (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.) and internet client Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software updates.Job tags
