Job description
GM (Security) PROJECTS will: Plan execute integrate the process and technology at PINNAPURAM project and other projects all over India. Assess Security deployment & impart training at project sites. Identifying suitable vendor through triparty quotation system. Negotiations and extension process. Strategize Security Planning, Implementation, Assistance Support & Sustenance. Evaluate physical security Risk initially and periodically. Formulation and Implementation of security policies & procedures, SOP's and guidelines. Monitor Electronic Surveillance Operations at the Security Control Room (CCTV). Recruit of personnel from Army Placement Nodes, District Soldiers boards and provide, Training and Deployment at sites. Transmission of security awareness session for various segments of sites and conduct Annual security meet at Head Office. Liaison with Police and other Govt. authorities on senior level for organizational benefits. Representing the organization at various industry forums. Conduct extensive investigations related to theft, misuse of official positions, and non-compliances to policies. Conduct Business Impact analysis and developing business continuity plans. Strategize risk management approach to provide proactive and efficient solutions that mitigate the identified risks for each location. Ensure to develop security framework to mitigate security risk attached to people, assets, information, and reputation. Understand environmental, forest, water, air, sound, wind and statutory obligations and team up with business heads for coordinated works.
