Role : Network AdministratorLocation : Remote but needs to visit office in Chakan Pune whenever requiredExperience : 3+ of relevant experienceJob Description :We are looking for a service-minded Network Administrator with strong communication skills to join a global team.Technical skills :- TCP/IP, Cisco Routers, Cisco switches, wireless- Experience with router and switch configuration, firewall management, and virtualization technologies.- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, topologies, and architecture.- Good Knowledge of Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)- Familiarity with multiple operating systems such as Windows and Linux- Experience in Monitoring tools like ITOM, SolarWinds & SCOM- Understanding of various ITIL Processes (i.e., Incident, Knowledge, Problem & Change Management) and how that works in an enterprise environment.- Knowledge of any scripting language, preferably Python or PowerShell.- Good knowledge in Network & Server monitoring- Basic knowledge of Server Administration- Azure administration knowledge will be a plusRequired skills :- 3 years' relevant experience with hands on in Network Administration & Cisco Infrastructure.- MCSE &/or CCNA certifications would be a plusSoft skills :- Strong communication skills- Business-focused & service-minded- Flexible to work across time zones and open to new ways of working- Results-oriented & work ethic to always deliver on-time and within scope- Able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations, confidently & effectively- Good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences- TeamplayerRequired skills :- Linux- Network Administrator- Windows- ITIL Processes- Cisco- AzurePreferred skills : MCSELanguages : English (Proficient) (ref:hirist.tech)
