DViO Digital , a leading digital marketing agency based in Pune, is looking for a passionate and results-oriented

Public Relations Specialist

to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies for both DViO Digital and our CEO.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement end-to-end public relations strategies

for DViO Digital and Sowmya, including media relations, brand management, and crisis communications. Draft and pitch press releases, media advisories, and other media materials

to secure positive coverage in relevant publications and online platforms. Manage media relationships

by building rapport with journalists, editors, and influencers. Monitor media coverage and analyze sentiment

to identify opportunities and risks. Develop and manage social media campaigns

to support PR initiatives. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns. Coordinate and execute publications and campaigns through PR agencies , while maintaining strong relationships with them. Support the CEO in developing and managing their brand.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in public relations or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent writing and editing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with media relations, social media management, and crisis communication preferred. Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape is a plus.
