Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Housekeeper role located in Mumbai. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing and supervising all housekeeping personnel, overseeing laundry and cleaning services, maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Laundry and cleaning skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to train and manage a team
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certification in housekeeping or related field is a plus
