Job description
The Education Counselor role encompasses a dynamic combination of educational guidance and
sales expertise. This position revolves around helping prospective students navigate educational
options and programs while also effectively promoting and enrolling them in suitable courses. A
Counselor serves as a bridge between academic aspirations and practical enrollment decisions,
contributing significantly to both student success and organizational growth.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
ï'· Conversation with High intent leads
ï'· Meeting Weekly and monthly Targets
ï'· Communicating with prospects via phone and WhatsApp
ï'· Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
ï'· Collaborate with prospective students and their families to provide guidance and support
throughout the admissions process.
ï'· Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students, addressing their questions,
concerns, and goals.
ï'· Collaborate with academic departments and faculty members to facilitate the admissions
process and provide accurate information to students.
ï'· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our
CRM
