Job Description

Develop and build insights reinforcing India growth ambition, in line and supporting and global strategy, together with Finance, Communication, Growth Hub & Investor Relations departments and advise on how brand are building their own repeatable growth model.
Strategic Planning: in high interaction with the Finance team, develop and refine the overall India strategy, long-term objectives, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies across departments and ensure cohesive implementation, including high level.
Specific strategic initiatives: translate effectively insights into real impact, embarking internal and external stakeholders on right strategic directions, making it happen. Both at India and Global level.
BD Management: identify and propose inorganic opportunities on M&A, incubation, partnership, or capability acquisition. Shape business case, managing investment partner/eco-system and governance BD process.
India-Global Interaction: help to bridge India story with global strategy and help drive India presence and understanding among global community. Mutual reapply best practices. As a member of India extended leadership team, offer strategic perspective towards macro market dynamic.
Strategic support for India listed entity: support local IR, GM & Finance, for the strategic components related to Indian listed entity governance & communications.

The Successful Applicant

Strategic Vision: You have at least 6-10 years of experience, of which 3-5 years in consulting. Some experience in BD & M&A related activities is a plus. You have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies to drive growth.
Market & Business Acumen: You possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Financial Acuity: You are proficient in financial modeling and analysis and capable of evaluating business opportunities from a financial perspective.
Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in crafting corporate or financial presentations that can influence internal & external high-level stakeholders at all levels. You have the ability to present complex ideas effectively and in a simple manner.
Leadership & stakeholder management: You have demonstrated leadership skills with the ability foster collaboration, and drive performance while engaging teams transversally and across all levels of the organization.
